The 7000 series is the smarter Latitude: lighter chassis, better screen and longer battery life than the 5000 series, but still with Ethernet and HDMI on the machine itself. A good middle ground between an X1 Carbon and an ordinary work laptop.

- Available with both a touchscreen and a normal screen — the touchscreen reflects more in bright rooms.
